While building products at AutoNinja, Amit and Rahul developed a deep understanding of how technology can transform traditional business operations. After AutoNinja's successful acquisition by ICICI Lombard, they gained unique insights into one of India's largest insurance ecosystems - including its massive contact center operations with 35,000 BPO employees.

The reality was stark.

From their vantage point, they observed how large corporations were grappling with multiple challenges: astronomical operational costs, data security risks, inconsistent customer experiences, and the constant struggle to maintain service quality at scale. The traditional contact center model, despite its critical role in customer service, was becoming increasingly unsustainable.
